Helen has over 20 years experience of office work and is proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Visio as well as Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, HTML and CSS. H2 Office Services are based in Cardiff. Helen says:"I had spent more than a decade working as a personal assistant at a senior level and realised that there was a need for a more flexible approach to administrative and secretarial services in Cardiff – one that meant that clients could have the benefits of knowing his or her personal assistant, be able to trust their judgement and rely on confidentiality, but without the costs of a permanent member of staff. By using a virtual PA, clients can dip in and out of the service when they need support, but are not burdened with staff costs when they have time to handle admin themselves.
