We are based in Cardiff but as our services are virtual, we are happy to hear from anyone, anywhere! If you are based in Cardiff, we can arrange delivery and collection services.

Work can be submitted via post, e-mail or fax. We can return work using any of these methods, or via our secure on-line facility.

How quickly can work be completed?

That depends entirely on current workload levels but if your request is urgent, we can usually accommodate your request.

How do I pay for services?

H2 Office Services will invoice you for the hours actually worked. Details of how to pay are included on the invoice. Discounted rates apply to contract customers and registered charities - please ask for details.
